Year 12 Hospitality students rose bright and early on Wednesday the 25th of July to be at school for a 6.00am start. Students prepared and served food to nearly 50 guests for the school’s annual Rotary breakfast. The menu included a cooked meal, fruit, yoghurt, muffins and croissants. The event provided an opportunity for the Year 12s to put in to practice all of the skills they have been learning over the past 18 months. The class have received a lot of positive feedback about the quality of both the food and the service. Well done to everyone who arrived bright and early and a special thank you to Ms Elson and Ms Philippe who helped to make the breakfast such a success. Comments are closed.
